A site needs to reflect its setting. In this case, combinations of long and short grass mirror the rolling fields beyond the property. Gentle contours work with these lines to lead down to the natural pond and thick clusters of native trees.

In contrast straighter, more geometric lines are used closer to the house, mirroring the architecture that otherwise dominates the setting. Careful planting adds balance between the two, softening as we move away from the building. Curvilinear and organic shapes blend the garden into the surrounding fields and Oxfordshire countryside.

The master plan and perspective view of the new garden space.
