After first contact, we will come to visit you and your garden to familiarise ourselves with each other and how we are to approach your project. From this we will then go away to prepare cost estimates for design work, which will be sent to you for approval.

Once appointed, a site survey will be required to be taken either by ourselves or by a local surveyor. From this we can prepare our discussion documents, principally a garden master plan which sets out your new space. These can be re-worked until you are comfortable with your new space; working drawings, specifications and tender documents are then prepared for the contractor.
